Your Extended Warranty ensures that if any defect related to materials or craftsmanship appears within the covered period, we’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.

⚙️ Warranty Conditions

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, such as:

  • Loose or missing studs, spikes, or rivets.

  • Broken buckle or D-ring.

  • Leather separation due to faulty stitching or bonding.

  • Padding detaching or deforming abnormally under normal use.

• The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from chewing, scratching, or tearing by the dog.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., patina, minor scratches, or fading of leather).

  • Water damage, improper cleaning, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

  • Damage caused by incorrect sizing or excessive force.

• Items must be used and maintained properly as instructed.

• You’ll need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue when contacting us.

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original buyer only.
