1-year workmanship guarantee
If stitching, webbing, a buckle or hardware fails in normal use within 1 year of delivery, we repair or replace it free. If we can't, you get your money back.
30-day returns
Wrong size or changed your mind? Return unused gear within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Personalized items are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
What's not covered
- Chew damage, cuts and punctures
- Damage from misuse or modification
- Normal cosmetic wear (fading, scuffs)
